An order is not definite until you have received a confirmation of us.
The minimal order amount for a delivery is € 100,-.
Time frame:
We appreciate you informing us at least 3 days before the requested delivery date.
Cancellation:
Should you cancel your order after our confirmation, we have to charge you for the cut flowers and plants we have already purchased for you and can not re-sell in our shop. This also depends on the size of your order.
Payment:
Payment does not go through the website, but is after delivery.
This can be either in cash on board or via an invoice to the address you provide us.
Delivery costs:
For orders we charge € 20,- for the delivery in zone A and € 30,- for the delivery in zone B.
For orders with an amount of € 200,- or more the delivery is free in zone A.
For orders with an amount of € 250,- or more the delivery is free in zone B.
